The Mortgage Services Department is supervised by the Managing Partner, Richard Cudlipp. Richard Cudlipp has 16 years experience in mortgage security documentation & mortgage recovery work.
Arthur Bourandanis has had 18 years experience gained in Commercial and Residential Property, Retail Tenancy Leasing and Commercial Litigation arising from those activities. Arthur has previously been one of six Victorian solicitors on the legal panel for documenting commercial mortgages for large insurance and financial institutions in Victoria.
