Mirko commenced working with Hentys in 2022 and has progressed through the firm from legal assistant to law clerk, and now practises as a lawyer.
Mirko enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide practical advice and support to help them plan for, prevent and resolve workplace issues. He is committed to delivering responsive, client-focused service across all areas of industrial relations, employment law, WorkCover and workers’ compensation, WorkCover Industry Classification disputes, and occupational health and safety matters.
Mirko has also advised clients on the sale and purchase of businesses, including the transfer of employee entitlements and Portable Long Service Leave obligations.
Outside of work, Mirko enjoys exercising, watching the footy and sports, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
